Fast and Easy Sausage & Pasta PDF Print E-mail

1 tb olive oil
1 lb italian sausage
4 cloves garlic -- minced
1 lb penne pasta --
3 tb unsalted butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese -- shredded
2 tb fresh parsley -- chopped


Heat oil in a large skillet. Add sausage and garlic. Cook until sausage is no longer pink. Add evaporated milk and simmer on LOW for a few minutes until it begins to thicken. Add pasta to boiling water and cook until al dente. Drain pasta and add to the sausage mixture. Add butter, parmesan and parsley. Mix well.

Make changes to suit your family's likes, and shape of pasta will work.
