Delicious Chai Tea PDF Print E-mail

drinking chai teaThis delicious drink will warm you right up this winter!

3 cups water
3 whole cloves
3 tea bags (black tea)
1 tbsp. whole cinnamon (pieces broken)
2 cups milk
Sugar or honey to taste

Put water, cloves and cinnamon in a pot on medium high heat and bring to a boil. Let it boil for 5 minutes or until it is medium caramel colored. Add tea bags and bring it back to a boil for another minute. Add milk and warm until steaming. Remove it from stove and take teabags out. Serve in mugs and add sugar or honey to taste. Enjoy!

 

 
Lemonade Coolers PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cup sugar

1 Cup water

2 Tablespoons grated lemon peel

1 Cup lemon juice (about six lemons)

Mint, lemon slices, Maraschino cherries

Directions:

Combine sugar, water and lemon peel in heavy saucepan. Heat to boiling, boil 5 minutes. Strain and let cool. Stir in lemon juice.

Fill 8 oz. glasses with crushed ice and water. Add 2 tablespoons concentrate to each glass, stirring thoroughly. Garnish with mint, lemon peel and cherries if desired.

Makes about 2 cups concentrate or 16 servings.
