Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cup sugar 1 Cup water 2 Tablespoons grated lemon peel 1 Cup lemon juice (about six lemons) Mint, lemon slices, Maraschino cherries Directions:
Combine sugar, water and lemon peel in heavy saucepan. Heat to boiling, boil 5 minutes. Strain and let cool. Stir in lemon juice. Fill 8 oz. glasses with crushed ice and water. Add 2 tablespoons concentrate to each glass, stirring thoroughly. Garnish with mint, lemon peel and cherries if desired. Makes about 2 cups concentrate or 16 servings.
