I'm not even sure if this is a preschool thing or a toddler thing, but it's definitely an annoying thing.

Thomas is so ridiculously contrary lately. For example, I ask him if he wants an ice pop. He starts yelling that no, he doesn't want one, don't give him one, keep it away. Fine. No ice pop. A minute later? "I want one, get me an ice pop, I need an ice pop!" Repeat about a million times, with a bunch of time outs thrown in in between, and that's pretty much our day.

That is Caleb too. It drives me nuts when he insists he does not want something then minutes later changes his mind

OMG - that is SO Xander. Drives me nuts! He did this at the grocery store yesterday. The lady asked him if he wanted a piece of turkey at the deli and he said no. We asked him two more times to check, he kept saying no. Two minutes later, he wanted one and was copping an attitude that he didn't have one. I was ready to scream. He almost did the same thing with a slice of ham, but I got him a piece anyway. LOL

oh yes! That is Tristan to a tee! Especially when we're eating something and we haven't finished and there is nothing left. Then he wants some! What a PITA! You're not alone!
