Oh was it ever good to see her!!!!!! Background for those who don't know her - Josie and I met in nursing schoold back in '00. We hit it off immediately and were inseperable through school - I would NEVER have made it without her. Anyway - after grad I was pregnant with Kaylyn and she and her DH Keith began TTC. After many heartbreaking months she was diagnosed with Endo and they ultimately went through IVF. She conceived three BEAUTIFUL babies and gave birth to them after 35 weeks of pregnancy - yes, triplets to 35 weeks! Two boys and a girl. They are 20 months old, and dolls!
Josie came to visit me for a couple days and brought her daughter Sydney. We have seen each other twice in the past 2 years. Once when her babies were 3 months old (I was hugely pg with T and couldn't be there for the births as we live about 12 hours apart) and then in passing at a hotel as our familes were traveling last Easter.
We had an awesome time - very short, but worth every minute!!!!!! Sydney is a doll, and she got along great with my clan! :) I can't wait til this summer when we get together with all 6 kids for a week or so!! :D
And, for just a couple short days, the girls outnumbered the boys! :) Usually its 3 boys, 2 girls in each of our homes! :) Now it was 4 girls, 3 boys! :D :D
