Went to vote early. She lives in Texas. I had just assumed she would vote for McCain, as that's who I knew my dad was voting for. Surprise, surprise. Nope. She voted for Obama. That just made my day. LOL
Granted, her rationale was that she doesn't want Clinton to win the Democratic nomination. Because Texas has an open primary, she could vote for anyone on the ballot, and she took the opportunity seriously.
Gosh, I wish they had open primaries here!

I have a friend who did the exact same thing. Interesting thought process there!

I am leaning more and more towards Obama too and I register Republican. My mother in law who is a dem through and through said if Obama is the choice she is voting for McCain. I about fell over.
Yeah I can see it now... she will be in to vote and start to vote McCain and her hand will start shaking and she will be drawn to Obama and vote for him because this woman NEVER votes Republican LMAO....
