This is a huge goal that our company is striving towards. They want to get to #1, but have HUGE corporations to "beat". We have been working our way up the ladder for five years now. We were voted #1 in British Columbia :)

Our company is based only in British Columbia and only in the western area at that. They opened their first branch in the interior at the end of this month and are going to continue to expand throughout the province.

Every time we make it, the employees receive a gift. The first year, everyone got a watch. The second year everyone got this statue. The third year the funds got donated to a fund. This year we all get our birthdays off and our significant other's birthday off (paid, obviously ;) ) plus we were able to pick out a clothing article from the catalogue, so you can proudly wear something that shows you work for this company. I am also missing a year here lol

I feel very fortunate to work for this company. I am hoping to get into their marketing department down the road and use my creativity. I am going to push for an inhouse graphic artist and have them put me through the training.

They have put Josh through to get his degree. He graduates in a few weeks with his BA. They are already approaching him to get his masters (also paid for). I said no way, its my turn.

I booked a career planning appointment where they lay out where you want to go and how to get their. They will pay for the training.

They have an in house well being specialist who works with all the employees on staying healthy and active.
