Bottom one is more my style but both are cute
I like the first one a lot!
Just a question -- do you think you'll use it enough to justify spending the money on it? I only ask because I spent money on bassinets all three times and they ended up being a waste. You'd think I'd have learned after the first time or two to just go straight to the crib. LOL

umm you know mary...im not sure.
the main reason for it is babies sleeping area for a bit. gids isnt in a big boy bed yet, and probably wont be for about 6 months yet i dont think...so this will be babies sleeping place until hes in a big boy bed.
Ah, gotcha. You'll probably get your money's worth, then. :D

yea i hope so lol...im really really hoping to be able to avoid co-sleeping this time...im just not ready to dedicate another 6 months of sleepless nights to trying to get my 9 month old to sleep on his own lol...ive finally got gids in his own bed, and im hoping that we might be able to start this one off on a better route lol

I still say the second one, Mark agrees, the first one looks like it would be hard to wash and it looks smaller. Good luck with the not co sleeping this time, let me know what its like :giggle
I like the second one. I like the more traditional rocker look.

Well, I'm not much help. Neither of my kids slept in the bassinet. It still has the price tag on it. LOL
I like the looks of the first one though. :)
Now I have one near on identical to the 2nd one (only it's on gliders, no rockers) - if you weren't on the other side of the ocean I'd have said you could have it :giggle
I do like the first one alot BUT from experience of 2nd, 3rd & 4th babies here white/cream linen sided cribs with toddlers curious at the new baby just soooooo don't work :lmao
Do you have the option to go in and test them out- we looked at one with rockers for Dyl but when we went in and tested it in the store it would have been VERY easy for a curious toddler jude to tip over if he tried to climb so we went with the one on gliders with a solid base instead- just a thought, you might want to go in and check them out if you can.
They're both lovely though.

thanks for your input ladies..
we went and looked at the cloth one, and its really not what it look to be lol...its very unsturdy and cheap
so ive ordered the wooden one, i didnt have the chance to go and look at though so if its not what im thinking it is, or just wont work with gideon than ill take it back..
ill let ya know how it works out
That's gorgeous!
I hope it works out well for you.
