Ahem. Is this thing on?
Hi there. My name is Mary. I joined the first day Spiffy Moms opened and have been lurking ever since. I'm not a stalker or anything; I've just had other stuff going on and therefore haven't been up to posting. Hope I didn't give anyone the creeps by hanging around and not saying anything.
Bunches of you know me already but for those who don't here's a brief rundown: I'm 32, I'm a native Californian who has been living in Oklahoma for more than 10 years. So far I've managed to resist assimilation. I've been married to Robert (45 :eek) for 9.5 years now.
We have 2-and-three-quarters offspring. Madalyn Elizabeth is 6 years old, John-Zachary Harrison is 3.5 and we have an as yet unnamed little girl due to arrive March 29th. We will be having a home birth after having the first two children in the hospital with epidurals, because I have gone completely insane in my old age. :yup
One of my favorite pastimes is traveling, which I am even able to do a few times a year, sans children. Certainly that qualifies me as a Spiffy Mom, hmm? :wink
Oh yes, and I'm the world's biggest, most insanely obsessive Beatles fan but I'm pretty good about not boring the normal people by talking about them too much so that shouldn't be a problem.
