Easter Baskets

So we were at the store today and saw all the Easter stuff out which got me thinking its time to think about Easter Baskets. I am working on giving my mother gift ideas as she loves to give my kids junk for every single holiday and would like to steer her in a more educational and/or useful direction. I have bubbles and chalk on my list. Any other ideas out there for small inexpensive gifts for baskets?

I love to put in things from the craft store. Some of those foamy shapes, beads, scissors that have decorative edges, rolls of tape (generally te biggest hit ever for kids!).
