Paranoia caused by Mean Girls

Is anyone else totally paranoid about their daughter's future social life after reading "Queen Bees and Wannabes?"

I'm feeling kind of antsy at having to deal with this shit all over again without telling her to give the finger to the mean girls.:paranoid

Ummmm, it started for Cailin in preschool. Seriously. I haven't read that book, but I somehow ended up with 2 copies of Odd Girl Out. I do worry about it but we've been blessed so far in having teachers that are great about dealing with it. I guess we just try to teach them what we learned the hard way to help them get through it.
