Is the recommended PCOS more expensive?

What type of diet do you stick to? Is it more expensive than what you were eating before you were diagnosed/made a lifestyle change in your diet due to PCOS?

yes it's more expensive. You see the words low fat or whole grain and they tack on more money. It can be frustrating. I haven't been sticking with it very well lately.
