Do you have a morning routine? How long does it take? Who takes the kids where they need to go? Any tips/tricks on getting out the door in a calm, timely manner?

Do you have a morning routine?
No, unfortunately, I don't. I REALLY need to get more organized in the morning. Unfortunately, with our daycare situations and Eric's work, it can be "up in the air" for who goes where on which day. That throws off my schedule and enables my laziness.
How long does it take?
It can take anywhere from 35 mins (w/o getting the kids ready) to 90 mins.
Who takes the kids where they need to go?
I take both kids where they need to be. Xander usually goes to school ,which is 2 blocks away. Kyle goes to either my Grandparents or my stepmom and both of them are on my way to work.
Any tips/tricks on getting out the door in a calm, timely manner?
Please help me. LOL

Do you have a morning routine?
Yes, we do. I wake up between 5am-5:15am to get ready. During this time, I shower, iron clothes (for me & the girls), get dressed, makeup, fix my hair. Then around 6am, I head downstairs to start breakfast. I usually do scrambled eggs w/cheese, turkey bacon and then the girls have their particular foods they eat. About 6:30am, the girls are usually awake, so I head back upstairs to help them get dressed, use the potty, fix hair, etc. About 7am, we head back downstairs, we sit down for breakfast and I am out the door by 7:30am.
How long does it take?
2 hours, give or take
Who takes the kids where they need to go?
The girls stay home with their dad :whistle
Any tips/tricks on getting out the door in a calm, timely manner?
Prepare as much as you can the night before. Wake up before the kids do. Do not rush the boys....I give the girls at least an hour to get ready, eat breakfast, get moving, etc.

Actually once I start work my morning should go okay. I get myself up, fed and dressed and then I leave LOL I'm not sure how Steve's morning is giong to go because he has to deal with the kids, but I just think IT'S ABOUT TIME!! :lmao
I get up around 6 AM, shower and get myself ready. At 6:30 I wake Dylan & KyLynn up, they eat breakfast, then get ready for school. Around 7 I wake Brock up, if he hasn't already been woke up by the older 2 fighting! Everyone has to be ready and out the door by 7:30!! My Mom takes Brock to daycare and the older ones to school for me. I work 30 minutes in the opposite direction from town and My Mom works at the school, so it works out well!
