Let's be honest. We don't care what your favorite color is, and we doubt you care what anyone else's is. Here's what we really want to know. Let's get to know each other in more depth than just a list of favorites. We also figured you don't want to read a giant list, so we're going to keep this short and sweet.
*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you?
*What's the worst gift you were ever given?

*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you? When Krysten was little and I was bouncing her on my knee and she pooped. It squeezed out the sides of the diaper, down my leg and into my sock. It's actually a tie with that and the time my friend who was babysitting gave her a can of spaghettios, which she threw up down my back. My naked back. Twice.
*What's the worst gift you were ever given? A clock from the dollar store.
*Are you double jointed? No.
*If I knew then what I know now... :dunno
*What surprises you most about your adult life? That I'm almost 30 and still don't really FEEL like an adult.
*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you?
I would have to say it was when Rai shot diarrhea towards me during a diaper change and I responded by puking on her feet. I didn't mean to. I was trying to hit the trashcan. I guess it was the grossest moment for both of us!
*What's the worst gift you were ever given?A bathrobe from Dave. I don't even wear them and I think he really bought it for himself.
*Are you double jointed?No[B/]
*If I knew then what I know now...[B]I actually probably would have stuck to my original plan of not having children.
*What surprises you most about your adult life? How it just isn't as cool as I thought it was going to be growing up.

*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you?
Hmm, I honestly don't know. I've been thrown-up on, peed-on and had a kid bleed on me. But none of them were so gross that they constititute "grossest thing ever". I'd have to say the nastiest experience was when Xander drank a glass of chocolate milk fast and then a glass of water fast. All while eating pancakes and sausage at a restaurant. Which he then proceeded to puke up liquid ALL over the place, in a cup, on the plate, on Eric, etc. I wasn't too involved except for the clean-up. He did have puke coming out his nose. That was pretty nasty.
*What's the worst gift you were ever given? My Mom is a pretty bad gift-giver. Well, she used to be, things are changing now. Her sense of what I would like is just off. But I'd have to say worst gifts are from my stepmom. She gets me new kitchen towels and pot-holders to match EVERY year for Christmas. I don't cook. But I have a collection of these things. I think she just does it now to annoy me. LOL
*Are you double jointed?
No, to the disappointment of my husband ;)
*If I knew then what I know now...
I would have finished college and not become a pothead.
*What surprises you most about your adult life?
That I'm able to do it and that I'm half-way responsible. I never thought that day would happen.

*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you?
likely along the poop lines too - I remember once Kaylyn shooting breast fed poopy up my arm at midnight.........
*What's the worst gift you were ever given?
I honestly cant think of anything..........
*Are you double jointed?
nope
*If I knew then what I know now...
I would not have worked so hard at certain "friend"ships that I later found out were not real
*What surprises you most about your adult life?
ditto Sabrina - that I'm 30 years old and can't believe that I actually am 30 years old!

*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you?
The plumbing under my toilet is messed up. It acts as a trap for exotic materials. Three times in one week, the toilet overflowed into the bathroom carrying sludge everywhere! It was the nastiest thing I've ever had to deal with. The third time it happened, the Roto Rooter guy was here and I was about to knock his head off when he tried to tell me it was just grease on my bathroom floor. I assured him it was NOT grease I'd just cleaned up!
*What's the worst gift you were ever given?
Dave was working at a department store doing a remodel. He thought it would be cute to bring me home one of the display boxes from the gift wrap department. It was so unexpected and so pretty! The doofus didn't even have the sense to have a backup present waiting in the wings. This was well over 5 years ago and I STILL get annoyed when he tells the story!
*Are you double jointed?
In my thumbs, yes.
*If I knew then what I know now...
I would have had more purpose and not wasted so much time feeling sorry for myself. Life is too short - I would have enjoyed every moment more.
*What surprises you most about your adult life?
That I'm where I am - happily married, four kids, homeschooling. All of it is a shock to me!

*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you? Hmmm, I've had so much puke and poop in my life, I wouldn't even know where to start so I can't think of anything right now that's the grossest.
*What's the worst gift you were ever given? My mother is known for her awful gifts. She gets things for us (me and my sister) that she wants us to like, not that we do like. The x-mas present of a ceramic bride and groom come to mind. It was ugly and never made it to display. I never display anything so I don't know why she thought I'd like this. I suppose second would be my sister's knack of getting dollar store items on the way to the x-mas party.
*Are you double jointed? no
*If I knew then what I know now... I would have been much more confident in myself and done my pregnancy, birth and Michael's surgery in a different hospital with different doctors. Even if I had to have moved to Seattle.
*What surprises you most about your adult life? that I am an adult. When did that happen? Really? It surprises me regularly that I am responsible for two other beings when I can't seem to keep myself together.

*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you? I had the world's BIGGEST zit on my neck. In fact, it wasn't even a zit, I would call it a boil. It was about 2" in diameter, I kid you not. Yuck. It just kept getting bigger and bigger and harder and hotter -- I took this REAAALLLLLY hot shower and let the hot water run over it, and then. I popped it. It was the biggest grossest hugest popped "zit like" mess that you could ever imagine :makesick
*What's the worst gift you were ever given? I very much believe in the "personal-ness" of gifts, and I am very careful to always choose gifts that match the person. The worst gift that I was given wasn't the worst because it was a bad or tacky gift, it was the worst because I had spent SO MUCH TIME and thought picking the other persons gift, and then I received one that was nice -- but obviously no thought was put into it. That is what defines a "BAD" gift for me.
*Are you double jointed? I am in my right big toe yep :D
*If I knew then what I know now... My life would be far less complicated and much more peaceful.
*What surprises you most about your adult life? What surprises me the most about being an adult, is how much I still feel like an insecure child.

What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you? I am going to have to go with being pooped or thrown up on by the kids. That is the grossest.
*What's the worst gift you were ever given? Hideous leopard print jacket. LOL
*Are you double jointed? Nope
*If I knew then what I know now... I would have spent more time with my sister and not fighting with her. We had not talked for a while when she died and that still upsets me.
*What surprises you most about your adult life? Just how different it is from what I thought I wanted before I actually was an adult. And that I am happy with that. :D

*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you?
I've had a lot of gross things happen to me, but I think I'll go with the time I broke my little toe, because I broke the bone in half, and the toe twisted, so it was dangling at a right angle from my foot. It looked horrible, but there was more gross to come. I had to have surgery and pins put into it, and eventually one of the pins came out through the skin. It was just sticking out, pricking me, for a few days before a had a couple of surgeries to try to recover it. They never found it, which means it probably just came out of my toe altogether. Yuck.
*What's the worst gift you were ever given?
My grandmother used to give spectacularly awesome bad gifts. Nothing stands out as one horrible gift, but she did put potatoes and onions into our stockings every year at Christmas. I think it amused her. It never struck me as a bad gift, just a weird one, but she'd also give us gifts like shirts that were three sizes too big and also probably came from a school uniform. The odds were, each year, that both your best and worst gift would come from Grandma.
*Are you double jointed?
Yes, I am. All over, actually. I hyperextend, and my elbows and knees bend the wrong way. I can sometimes contort my body, which is funny, because I'm not limber at all. I just have loose connective tissue at the joints.
*If I knew then what I know now...I wouldn't have taken everything so seriously. I thought high school and college really mattered, and I worked myself up so badly that my health suffered. I worried too much about people who didn't care about me. I'd have been nicer to myself.
*What surprises you most about your adult life?
Nothing is like I thought it would be, and I haven't achieved as much as I think I should have and yet I think things are pretty good despite that.

*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you? I have an aunt who used to get these pus-filled bumps inside the creases of her stomach and I used to pop them for her... ONE TIME, the pus came squirting out into my face and it smelled like bloody-hell!!!!
*What's the worst gift you were ever given? It wasn't for me, it was for my daughter... but a hot-dog shaped telephone.... for her FIRST birthday. LOL
*Are you double jointed? no... but I'm sorta limber
*If I knew then what I know now... I would have followed my gut after my girl's birth and I'd have done what I WANTED to do, not what I thought "the people" would deem nice
*What surprises you most about your adult life? That about 92% of the things I said I wanted to accomplish have come to light. I am literally living out my dream right now.

*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you?
Once when I was camping, I was too much of a wimp to get up and go to the amenities block, so I hung on as long as I could but ended up shitting my pants at about 3am. I hate camping.
*What's the worst gift you were ever given?
My Grandma is known for her horrible gifts. One year she gave me this porcelain doll that she had made herself. It used to creep me out. I used to think it would come alive at night and strangle me with the lace from its hat.
*Are you double jointed?
At certain places, although I think that's more down to not looking after myself.
*If I knew then what I know now...I wouldn't have cared so much.
*What surprises you most about your adult life?
The fact that I've made it this far without being involuntary committed.
*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you? LMAO I have had many gross things happen to me, but the worst would be.....when I was playing with Dylan, I think he was about 6 months old, I was laying on the floor holding him up above me and he projectile vomited in my mouth and had nasty diarrehea running everywhere and dripping onto me! YUCK!!!
*What's the worst gift you were ever given?A nightgown, My Aunt thought is was cute (It so was not). I was 8 1/2 months pregnant with Brock and she must have been trying to tell me I was huge because it was a 3 or 4X and Chad, I, & Dylan, & KyLynn all fit into it together!
*Are you double jointed?Nope
*If I knew then what I know now... I would have finished college and had a good career so I could provide better for my family
*What surprises you most about your adult life? Is how much I really don't want to be so responsible anymore!!

*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you? Oh gosh, I'd say when Kiana ( medically needy foster baby) had a cyst burst under her G-tube on Christmas morning.:makesick There was green smelly puss ( it was horribly infected...she was such a sick little one:cry) ALL OVER the bed and her.
*What's the worst gift you were ever given? Something from my grandparents I'm sure... They were very good at picking up something from the Dollar Store with no thought to our interests (nothing against the Dollar Store, it's more the lack of thought.)
*Are you double jointed? I am.
*If I knew then what I know now... I'd have saved more.
*What surprises you most about your adult life? Everything! I'm married and a momma to 2 boys.:love

*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you?
I have had many, but this one time I was staying over at my ex's house, which really was not a clean house by any means, and we had been drinking and ate mr noodles before bed. Ok well you know how when you have been drinking you wake up very thirsty throughout the night? Well I did and I reached for my glass of water, picked it up and started chugging,well about halfway through the glass I realized it wasn't water, it had some kind of coating that had broken and tasted rancid, so I flicked on the lamp and looked at what I had been drinking...a glass of molded over orange juice that had cigarette butts in it and had been sitting there for who knows how long and I had just chugged half of it, yea needless to say I started puking everywhere and those mr noodles I had ate made a second appearance. ewwww just remembering that makes me gag.
*What's the worst gift you were ever given?
When I was oh about 10 Id guess, my brother and I used to sneak and open some of our christmas gifts then re wrap them so my mom would never know. I had had my eye on a gift from my grandparents and really wanted to know what it was so I snuck and opened it and it was this little like flat piece of wood with some painted flowers on it that you would hang on your wall or something. I was so disappointed and wondered why would my grandma send me this??? I still wonder, but I guess thats my karma for peeking at my gifts!
*Are you double jointed?
No.
*If I knew then what I know now...
I wouldnt have blown the $10,000 settlement I got for a car accident on clothes, my hair and nails, eating out and partying although I do have alot of nice clothes from it! Oh what I wouldnt do for that money now...
*What surprises you most about your adult life?
That Im 23 and have 2 kids, one of which is an 8 yr old and I live somewhere I never thought I would. Also that I always call my mom for advice and sound just like her, something I swore up and down would never happen!

*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you?
My middle daughter had a lot of constipation when she was an infant and I had to put glycerin suppositories on her every night for her to poop...one night i put her in my bed and squatted to put the suppository in and as soon as it went in she threw a jet of poop on my face
*What's the worst gift you were ever given?
I dont know...I love any gifts
*Are you double jointed?
No
*If I knew then what I know now...
I would not have taken as many stupid risks
*What surprises you most about your adult life?
I was a very free spirit so surprises m,e that Im actually married with kids
*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you?
hmmm- i'm sure something grosser will come to mind eventually but for now i think i'll go with when Chase was a toddler, she climbed into our bed feeling sick, i sleep on my front and she knelt on my back, between my shoulder blades and threw up into the back of my hair.... my hair is long, very long, it was almost to my waist when she did that, the best thing? I had to clean her up first before i could go wash someone else's vomit out of my hair - ohhh that was fun, 3am with a pitcher washing vomit out of my hair as we have no shower, only a bath tub.
*What's the worst gift you were ever given?
*Are you double jointed?
no but both my girls have double jointed (is it called hyper flexibility??) in the elbows- Chase makes alot of cash at family parties going around saying to people "i bet you £1 you can't do this.." and then doing this weird thing with her arms... she came unstuck last year though as my cousin Fred has elbows like it too so he could LOL (and she was in awe as he's "old"- well, 40 :lmao )
*If I knew then what I know now...
ohhh can i go for the deep and meaningful here? If i'd have known in 1997 to stand up for ourselves and do what felt right now what the grown ups told us was right we'd be alot better off. In 1997 when chase was born David and i moved out on our own- i wanted one of us to go on to university so that we could have a better life, it would have meant 3 or 4 years living on welfare and student grants whilst chase was a baby and so my parents made a big song and dance about how we made our bed, lay in it and how welfare was a shameful thing and how David had to go out and support us so he did. He walked to the local industrial estate and knocked on doors asking until someone gave him a job... as a result of low income we got into alot of debt young and now because of that debt we can't afford for one of us to go back to school until we clear that debt first (around $45K of it)as student loans & grants would give us enough to live on whilst we studied but it wouldn't give us enough to live on whilst having to make minimum payments on our debts at the same time. So we live hand to mouth, we recieve a low income top up monthly because David is stuck working in a low income sector which they need to retain workers in (most people go on welfare rather than accept jobs like Davids as they don't pay much better when you take into account the free rent etc you get unemployed- in England it's not bad at all to be unemployed actually if you're not in debt with minimums to make) so instead of 3 or 4 years on welfare we're now stuck with really cr*ppy living until we clear the debt enough for one of us to get back to school as the only night school we could go to there isn't any public transport to after 6pm because our neighbourhood is so lousy buses won't come here after 6pm and we have no car.
Yep, if i knew then what i know now i'd have given my parents and their suffer the consequences attitude the big finger and sent David to uni to get his degree because it hurts to watch the most gifted, intelligent man i know work in a lousy factory for a living.
*What surprises you most about your adult life?
Errrrmm, probably the fact i have a really great relationship with my mom is one thing, i never thought mom and i would be more than civil but she's actually my preferred companion to shop with and go places.
OR the fact i have become a "joiner" in later life- if you'd have asked me when Chase was born would i be on the committees i am i'd have laughed at you but i really enjoy it.

*What surprises you most about your adult life? how strong I've become. Especially with people that I never liked much. I just gained a backbone through college and it's very strong now.

*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you?
~~~When Megan was potty training and Cristian was a baby, she had diarrhea on the floor(in the middle of changing her pullup)and I ran her to the bathroom to get herself cleaned up(threw her in the shower)and when I came back out Cristian had crawled ALL through the poop and even eaten some of it! I almost puked it was so disgusting.
*Are you double jointed? Nope
What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you?
Since having Sasha, lots of gross thing have happened to me LOL The highlight being having her throw up into my mouth. now that wasn't fun at all!
*What's the worst gift you were ever given?
Without doubt, a packet of frozen chicken filled pastries. They weren't even nice. This is closely followed by some tea towels
*Are you double jointed?
Yes. I have double joints in my thumbs, middle fingers, little fingers and I can also rotate my elbow without moving my hand or wrist :D
*If I knew then what I know now...
..I would have partied hard for a few more years while in college and not have worried so much about birth control with James :rofl
*What surprises you most about your adult life?
That I'm married, have a child and have been with one person since I was 16. And that adulthood is as much fun as it is :D
*What's the grossest thing that ever happened to you?
Can't recall something specific from when the kids were little, it just went with the territory. Now that they're a bit older though I've sort of become a booger-phob, and my crew enjoys grossing me out w/ it.
*What's the worst gift you were ever given?
One xmas the girlfriend of Dh's boss gave me this cheap set of bath supplies. Big container of all these products I would never use in a million years, so I split them up into gift bags & gave them to 2 gals I knew would use them as their xmas gift. Idea back fired when SIL (one of the gals receiving a bag) gave me the very same complete collection again. *sigh* I just tossed everything out after I'd gotten home.:giggle
*Are you double jointed?
Nope
*If I knew then what I know now...
I would have waited til I was a bit older to have children. Our friends (and Dh included) all have these wicked sounding early 20's party stories, but when it comes around to my turn all I can say is I was either PG or breast feeding during those times & was house bound. I've got the urge to go out & kick up a good time, but everyone else is to "tired" all of the time to do that. Or "grown out of it". Bah!
*What surprises you most about your adult life?
How most people are hung up on age. That whole, I don't have much in common with other 27 yr olds I know as they don't have children, however all the people that do have kids are much older then I am & see/treat me as "the baby".
