My nipples are about to fall off!

Does anyone know if dry, cold weather can worsen sore nipples? I'm constantly slathering Lasinoh on both breasts before feeding, after feeding, before the shower, and after my shower. What else can I do? Elizabeth is also teething.

O you poor thing. I went through a spate of very painful nipples when Sasha was around 4 months old. The only thing that really helped was going topless for a time and not wearing a bra in bed but again, letting the air get to my nipples. Have you tried this?

otherwise, I just hope that the teething will get easier and thus easier on your nipples.

Actually, I would go braless but I tried it. I'm a :eek 42 F. Upper back pain is a problem. But I don't wear a bra in bed. Yeah, teething is a bitch.
