I'm Freecycle challenged. CJ and I want to sell (or give) away our 2003 elliptic trainer. We never use and it's going to waste.

Go to www.freecycle.org and find the group closest to you. Just sign up for that group(it's an email list), and post your offer. Your group will probably send you an automatic email with the rules for your specific group.
Someone will most definitely want your trainer!!!

I think there's also a free section on Craigslist too. :)
