Is there something you child/ren do/es that just completely infuriates you? How do you handle it?
I was just taking a shower, and Thomas came in and started hitting the shower curtain. He does that once in a while, and I don't know why, but it makes me absolutely furious. I can handle a lot of bad behavior, but when he hits the shower curtain while I'm showering, I actually have to work very hard to restrain myself from reacting violently. It just makes me completely and totally irate, to the point where I really can understand what parents are feeling when they just lash out and smack their kids in anger. The worst part is that he thinks it's a game, so the more furious I get, the funnier he thinks it is. Luckily we both calm down very quickly once I get out of the shower, but it is the one behavior of his that just completely sends me over the edge. Other things can get me upset, but not nearly to the point that this does.

Xander totally drives me nuts when he repeats everything he says until he thinks you finally have heard him. Even though you heard him the first time, he'll say something over and over until you acknowledge it. Drives me absolutely nuts.
Kyle draws on my walls. I swear, the kid has crayons and markers just stashed somewhere. He thinks our walls are his canvas. I can go to the bathroom for 45 secs and he has found a writing utensil and has hit the walls.

It upsets me to no end when the girls will look me in the eyes, act as if they hear what I'm saying, and then turn around and behave completely opposite!!

Hmmmm. The latest thing is Danae wets the floor. She has been "potty trained" for oh 9 months but she gets sooo stubborn that she doesn't make it to the bathroom. I say "Danae, time to go potty" and she says "I don't have to go" and three minutes later she crying in the bathroom in a puddle of pee! Grrrrrrr!
For Michael it is biting. He used to do it all the time to his sister and it drove me batty. Thankfully its mostly gone (twice in the last six months or so) but it used to send me over the edge.
