Thats right. It is time for the weekly weigh in. I will need your weights by tomorrow evening if you are to be included this week.

How are you all doing? Last week for me was so much better and I am down 4 pounds now. So chuffed with myself after such a bad week before that.

Anyway for this week lets get back to exercise. With autumn evenings drawing in and it getting cooler, get yourself warm but getting out and walking. Not rambling though, give yourself a brisk walk for about 30 minutes every second day, if not every day. get those cheeks flushed.

Also, tell us what one thing (or more) you have changed about your diet or lifestyle since you began!

:whisper Don't tell anyone, but I think I might be starting to actually like water.

I've been having some difficulty with exercise this week, but I am looking for how to improve that.

My biggest struggle is that I seem to be all or nothing with food. I either eat whatever the heck I want and don't think about what I'm putting in my body, or I obsess over everything and end up starving myself.
I think I might try keeping a log just to keep track of what I'm eating (but not count calories) and see if that might be a happy medium.

I'm still struggling with my food intake. I do well for one day and then rebound the next. I'm hoping that joining the WW this friday will be a kick in the butt and get me going and keep me going. I've learned that when I have money, I eat out wayyyy to much.

I'm the same this week, but considering my 6lb loss last week, I'm not devastated. ;)
