Actually it is wrapped up in one package. Dave is a fabulous friend and fabulous father. He has shown more strength since we got married than I realized he had in him. Sure he is a pita sometimes, but what man isn't? I wouldn't trade him for the world.

I knew John was someone special the day I met him. I was 15 and totally had a crush on him :D But we didn't start dating until much later on. He is such a sweetheart, always helps me around and is SOOOO patient with me! I don't know how sometimes he even stands me LOL He has big heart and is wonderful friend, father and husband :D Don't know what I would do without him!

Sean and I met at an A&W where we both worked. Actually, he worked with my sister first. :) The day she met him she came home and told me that she'd met this really cool guy who was SO not her type but that she knew we were going to date some day.

We both had a huge crush on each other and flirted to no end for the first 2 years. He finaly asked me out and we were engaged within 3 months and married 18 months later. ::lovealot

Bertram, my wonderful dh, and I met in university. He was a "mature student" and is 10 years my senior but he and I have so much in common, it's not significant at all. He's a great dad and the most loyal man you could ever meet. Oh- and I want to throttle him on occasion too.... but then the urge passes and we carry on :D.

I met James 12 years ago when I was 16 and he was 19. We met at the Rocky Horror Picture Show (where I was cast member) and have been mostly inseparable ever since (save 3.5 months when I was away on my J1. Missed him terribly then).

James is a techie geek but is so much fun. He is gorgeous, a great hubby and father and I couldn't imagine not being with him. He was a long haired rocker when we met and eventhough the hair has gone, he is still an 80s metalhead at heart (to the future embarrassment of Sasha :hehe)

ohhh blimey- my husband is David and i met him when i was 16, dated him for a while at 17, split from him whilst he resolved several lifestyle issues, we got back together later that year when he was sorting himself out and 10 weeks later we were expecting Chase, our eldest daughter- he was 19 when she was born and really held me together at times (as often i am not in the best states of mental health- especially in her early years) we married may 4th 2002, 5 years to the day of his first proposal and have since had 3 more kids.

he's a big fat hippy but i love him to bits, he's intelligent and smart which people after over look due to his appearance though. He's a brilliant dad, involved in every aspect of their lives too

My husbands name is Tim. We have been married over 5 yrs now. We met when I moved out my parents house and our neighbors were on his ship. I went to a party with them at tim's apartment because I had a crush on his roommate. We only dated for two months before I got pregnant with Dylan and we got married.

I met Dave at a bar when I was 19 and had given up on finding a decent boyfriend. He milled around my table for awhile before he got up the nerve to come talk to me. He had something in his eyes that let me know he was different. We've been together ever since - 12 years last week. :D

Dave can still make me laugh - often. He is very loyal to me and the girls and I'm often jealous of them because they have a Daddy that loves them unconditionally. He's a carpenter and shows me romance by building things for me - and I love it. :D He's my best friend and the person who can make me the absolute maddest! He's a hard worker who takes his responsibilities very seriously. I just can't imagine my life without him. :D

I met Tom days after I left my husband,birth control failed me and I fell pregnant 6 weeks into the relationship,it all happened very quickly but it was the best thing ever :)

He is so beautiful,inside and out,the boys love him like he is their dad,he loves the boys like they are his own,he treats me like a princess and I have never been happier. We have been through a lot together in our short time together,an unwanted pregnancy,a messy divorce,blending the family etc etc but we just keep getting stronger :)

Brian is a Legal Analyst, but his true love lies in teaching, so to that end, he will be getting his M.A. in Education here in a bit, and start teaching either Science or History.

Lencho and I met while my friend was looking for her boyfriend at the time. We didn't start talking until later that week and then started dating soon after. In 2002, we got pregnant with Tristan and in 2005 we got pregnant with Rosie. He is in Mexico now with his family and is coming back home later this week!! We are getting married sometime later this spring or early summer!

My husband is Chris. We met initially when my mom was his Kindergarten teacher! Years later, his aunt and cousin were talking about him to me, and I agreed to let them give him my phone number. He has just moved back to the area. The first time we talked, we were on the phone for 4 hours! We went on our first blind date in August and were engaged in November, then married in July.

Chris is my best friend. I really miss him when he's not around. He is a fantastic dad and will be a tremendous principal someday (soon I hope!) He is goofy and very smart, and has a great love for the Lord. I respect and love him very much!

I met Paul in 1993 when a friend of mine had a crush on him! He was a senior in high school and I was in my first year of college at the time, and we started hanging around together in a group of friends. We had our first date on his 18th birthday...four days after my 20th birthday. We moved in together 6 months later and got engaged on Christmas Eve 2006. We were married about 6 months after that on July 19, 1997.

We've been married for almost 10 years now and I love him more and more all the time. Through all of the things life has thrown at us he has been an amazing partner and friend. We've been through infertility, major issues with family, financial struggles, even buying our home and moving in while my Dad still lived here! After living thru that, we can survive anything! :giggle Most recently we found out we were pregnant with our much-awaited third child, only to lose the baby soon after. The love he has shown me through this has topped it all. I'm in love and very lucky!

After about 8 months, and about 3 months after the other guy had moved on, we got together. We've been together 14 years and celebrated 10 years of marriage last September.

He is smart, funny, kind, loving, a good cook, and though quick to temper, it blows over pretty quickly. But most of all, he loves me beyond reason, and I him.:lovealot

Right now he is working as a director for the YMCA....he is in charge of sports, teens & education. But as of this Friday, it will be his last day. He is tired of being slaved to the bone and working long hours for little pay...stupid non-profit orgs! :lmao: Let the fun begin.....

I've been married to Joey (Joe or Joseph outside friends and family) for a shade over five years, though we've been together or (quasi-together) for 8 years. We met when I was about 16 and he was a customer at the coffee shop where I worked. I didn't like him much at first, but we became friends over time, then saw each other while still seeing other people after I turned 18. Things grew serious over the course of the following year and we moved in together for about 18 months, marrying in 11/01.

Joey is a business banker and enjoys all sorts of dull financial things. He is a wonderful, thoughtful husband and father who never hesitates to pull his weight around the house. He accepts my neuroses, he laughs at my jokes, and he tells me when my hair looks bad. He still surprises me with romantic gestures, he gets up with the baby, he makes me breakfast in bed, and does what he can to help me when things are stressful. Above all, he is my best friend.

Dave and I met at church in 2002, when I was 19 and he was 31. I thought I'd have no chance with him since I was such a youngun' but I secretly pined away for him for several months. He asked me out rather shyly on New Year's Eve, and we've been together since then. We got married on August 14th, 2004.

Dave is an EMT and is amazing at it. He loves animals, introduced me to fishing, and plays a mean game of Scrabble. We're ridiculously suited to each other despite the age difference and the fact that we grew up in very different households. He's hilarious, silly, and extremely intelligent.

Dave lived across the street from me for a year with his girlfriend. I thought he was the most gorgeous man I had ever seen. I was talking to a girl at work about the hot guy across the street and it turns out, she was his aunt. A year later, she fixed us up. I went home that day knowing I would marry him. We married in 2003.
Dave is 34. He is an Anesthesiologist who is currently going to Columbia University in NYC for his PhD. He works 4 days a week and goes to school for 2 so he is rarely home. When he is, he is doing homework. It's very difficult but we are muddling through. One more year to go.
He is a very loving husband and father. He is hysterically funny. I have never met anyone who can make me laugh like he does. He really needs his own sitcom.

My husband is Daniel, and he's awesome. He's 30, and he's been a dad since he was 23, which blows my mind in retrospect. I don't know a lot of guys who could handle an unexpected pregnancy that young and still step up and be a great father and husband, but he did it. And with a great deal of love and humor, at that.

We met in my freshman year of college, his senior year. I overheard this really loud guy talking to someone, and even before I saw him I thought, "I really want to be friends with that guy."

I lucked out and we became good friends, and then best friends, and then all of a sudden I realized I was interested in him. Fortunately for me, he grabbed me and kissed me the very next day, and we've been a couple ever since.

I met Ray when I was 20 and he was 22 - and we were both living in Europe. We started a casual relationship but I was working through some issues so we broke up pretty quickly and he started dating someone else which made me realise what I'd lost :(
So we eventually got our act together and realised we were perfect for each other :)
We got engaged in August 99, married in February 00 and were very surprised parents in August 2000.

Ray is 31 now, is a self-employed IT consultant and a wonderful husband and father. I don't know what I would do without him. He keeps my feet on the ground and my heart pounding - I love him to bits. I can't wait to give him another child in July this year :D

I have been with Steve since 2000. We worked together and started hanging out outside of work with other people and then just us. He had a girlfriend at the time but broke up with her a few weeks later and the rest is history.

What is wierd is that we went to the same highschool for the same time for 6 months. He actually graduated with my sister and then came back for 6 months which is when I started. I don't remember him at all. We also grew up very close to each other. Wierd that we met later on.

Oh yeah, he's 29 and a business owner.
