I'm doing alright. I still has a loss, but I did lose some steam this week. I'm having a hard time with meals because I'm usually just cooking for myself and I would rather just have a bowl of cereal. Which is low calorie and low fat and everything, but it also means I'm not getting nearly enough fruit, veggies, and protien.
It's been a bad week- I have had kids home sick and have been feeling super sorry for myself which is never good for weight loss.

:squeeze everyone. I had a bad week aswell and my period started so I'm up :(
Could you get your weights into me by tomorrow though or I can't put you into this weeks results.
Val, what about cutting up lots of raw veggies and have them with hummous dip?
or having some pasta, pesto, chicken and broccoli? That is one of my quick fix meals. I use wholemeal pasta as well so it is that bit better for you. You can of course throw in any other veggies with it.

I just want to eat Lemon Cream Cheese Cupcakes...PMS sucks. Fear not, I won't.
I'll just go eat a South Beach bar and pretend it's a cupcake...

Polly, a friend of mine was doing a cupcake stall this weekend at the food festival. She makes the most amazing lemon curd with buttercream icing. It was so hard to resist. Same with the vanilla and chocolate cupcakes.
thankfully she is all cupcaked out so there won't be any around her house for the next while LOL

Erika, I emailed you Monday but not sure if you got it. I haven't been on here all week because I've been home sick :( but I'm happy to say I'm down 6lbs! (not because of being sick either LOL this was before I got the flu)
