Did you have one? I used Yoga Mama. It was the only one I could follow. Anything beyond 2 cheographed steps is too hard for me.
And I had to give up the yoga at five months. I started bleeding and my OB told me lay off. Actually, my OB (one of the doctors in the practice-he is a nice, older Lebanese gentlmen) told me to not have such "vigorous marital relations" with my husband. Dr. Adhoot thought that was what was causing the bleeding. I told him it was probably my yoga-I think he thought "yoga" was some kind of code word for us describing sex!
