i know probably not that astounding to many of you in some US states but England has not seen snow like we had overnight since 1981- i was smaller than my youngest daughter then and i still remember playing out with my dad and our new dog who was a puppy then (ohhh the nostalgia :lmao )
so yesterday my county ended up with the first snow day it's had in over 20 years- schools are still closed today and my kids think it's awesome, they played out in it all morning, came in for the afternoon and had coats and hats on ready for David arriving home at 5 and went out to play snowballs in the dark with him
