Mission Statement
Minnesota Sled Hockey Association is a charitable organization designed to
encourage the formation of ‘Sled Hockey Teams’ locally, regionally and
nationally; to educate, motivate and encourage, individuals, who have
physical and/or cognitive disabilities to participate in the sport of Sled
Hockey; to integrate people with physical and/or cognitive disabilities with
people without physical and/or cognitive disabilities in order to promote
awareness of challenges and to encourage teambuilding; to educate and
encourage the general public about disability sports and sled hockey in
particular.
Minnesota Sled Hockey Association, Inc. is dedicated to promote societal
awareness of the challenges, and needs of persons who have physical
and/or cognitive disabilities
