I will sign it for my kids. This makes press but most people don't even realize that the information has to be turned over per law and that they can opt out. I just see this as letting people know their options.
I don't want my children, before they are 18, being bombarded with anyone pressuring them to make lifetime decisions. I would feel the same way about colleges, recruiters of any type, jobs etc. I want them to choose their path without undue pressure. If they want the military fine, though I would prefer that they have their college degrees first. I just want it to be something they truly want and not something that has been sold to them.
