It's Hump Day! Are you excited? Are you going to :boink? LOL THat was probably a little gratuitous for this board, but oh well.
What are you plans for the day? Anything fun going on? Aside from that, tell us 2 things about yourself that you haven't told us yet on this site.
That's all, carry on ;)

I'm actually doing my homework, though it may not look that way. LOL I have two windows open, and just wrote an essay in one. I'm not sure if it was actually supposed to be an essay, or just a paragraph, but I seem to revert to essays by default. And, just to be cocky, I think it was a pretty good essay. I still remain somewhat disgruntled about my class, though.
My plans for today are not actually real plans. I intend to clean up a little, to knit a little, to waste a little time on the computer. Other than that, I am going to do what I always do - pick up the kids when they need to be picked up, force Gabriel to do his homework, and make dinner and lunch and snacks. Oh, it's a laugh riot a minute over here!
Two things you may not know about me:
1. I segregate colored candies and eat them until the number of each color is evened out. A friend once accused me of being a "candy racist".
2. I have a strong preference for even numbers over odd numbers. Strong enough that I have several times flipped out (to myself) during labor at the thought that my child would be born on an odd numbered day.

I love 80's music and trivia. I have actually voted for a Republican candidate. (John Warner R-Va)

hmm..two things?
1) I was a teenager when I had my son and my husband and I were not allowed to see eachother anymore when he was conceived, just shows you that you cant forbid your kids ;)
2) I was born in Sweden, raised in holland and transplanted to Canada in 1990

I am still in St. Louis....suffering through these workshops.....and trying to stay awake. Note to self: Not a good idea to use those buy 1 get 1 drink free coupons at the hotel lounge....:lmao
Two things you don't know about me....
1. I hate to wash dishes
2. I have big feet - size 9.5

I'm laughing at Kristen's preference for even numbers. My sister is the same way - especially with the number 4. I, however, have to be different. I have a strong leaning towards odd numbers - especially prime numbers. Prime numbers just make me giddy happy. :giggle
I don't think there's much that people here don't know about me (at least the ones I've known for awhile). But something I haven't shared on this site? Give me a microphone and I can talk for ages on any topic, but ask me to sing and I'm a nervous wreck. I also sing in our church's Praise Team (like a choir, but only about 5-10 people, all with individual microphones and singing contemporary music).

Forgot to add what I was doing today! We just got back from Walmart for a card-making trip. Morgan and I are going to make Christmas thank you cards (better late than never). I'll clean, do some laundry, and then go to church tonight for Bible study.
I am just dwaddling about online while my son has his nap. I have to stay close, though, since he's teething like nobody's business (his third molar in two weeks just broke through the gums yesterday), so he's a bit floppy and restless. Rob has taken the day off to help me out because I'm having wicked awful cramps, which combined with a sleepless night for us all due to Thomas' cruel molars, has me feeling pretty crappy.
If I'm feeling a little better later we may go out on our continuing quest to buy some warm clothes for the boy - damn chain stores have started carrying Spring clothes already, making it hard to find long sleeved onsies, sweaters, and coats - grrr!
Two things about me:
- I have lived in an Inupaq village above the Arctic Circle.
- I have an obsessive love for all things vinegary

I had portraits done of the girls today at Picture People. I got the embarrassing Cupid pic of Adia, so I had to get one of Francesca too. Can't be accused of playing favorites later on. ;)
While waiting for those, I wandered down to Gamestop and scored a Wii!
Two things?
I love trashy gossip magazines/blogs.
My name is Stephanie. (I hadn't explicitly said that here yet.)
Jejeune - I do the same thing with c
OLored candies

We had a fun morning. Story time at the mall was cancelled because schools were closed, so we shopped and looked at the fountain and ran around the empty mall. Then we went to a sushi/Chinese buffet for lunch. Now the kids are napping.
Two things about myself...
1) I have synaesthesia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synesthesia), mostly between colors and letters/numbers/words, but also colors and smells and colors/spatial orientation and dates/times/calendars.
2) Part of me wants to have like 10 kids, but only because I love decorating nurseries, shopping for interesting clothes, and because I have quite a few names I'd like to use. Yes, I'm that shallow. :rolleyes

Nothing really happening today, still freezing out. I've done dishes and laundry and Mike is outside cutting firewood to keep us all warm.
2 things you don't know:
- I'm the only one in my house that will eat lettuce. Mike, Taj & Gavin hate it.
- I'm wearing a bob the builder hard hat right now, thanks to Gavin!LOL
