The time has come, the walrus said
To talk of many things
Of ships and shoes and sealing wax,
Of cabbages and kings,
And why the sea is boiling hot,
And whether pigs have wings.

-- Charles Dodgson

(Please let me have quoted this correctly!)

Random thoughts on anything, even ships and shoes and sealing wax, can be stored here!

Random thought of the moment: Israeli Sesame Street is weird. And not all that good. But I enjoy it so much. Why is this?

LOL

Talking about Sesame Street. I went to the markets on Saturday to buy veges, and one of the people selling stuff goes "I need to count on Sesame Street" (for his working out the change.) And I said, "ha, cool. Sesame Street is great for that." and he goes "did you know Cookie Monster is becoming a sometimes Cookie Monster, coz he eats too many cookies and it's bad for kids, they should be a sometimes food." LOL It was quite amusing. :)

:lmao Suz.

Speaking of the count, Sasha just loves it when James does his count impression.

That child also loves the alphabet songs and multiplication tables. I am trainining her young!

:lmao At all of you

I hate Seasme Street at the moment all we get to watch here all day long is Elmo, Elmo , Elmo, elmo. :p Izzy is obsessed. She runs to the tv and screams "laLa Lala" and if I do not turn it on when she wants she has a total meltdown but yet never sits and watches it while it is on.

BTw you did qoute that right Kristen. :) They use that in the book Alice and Wonderland which is one of my favs. :D

It is super-quiet in my house and I'm alone. The boys are asleep and Eric is out with friends. I have no idea what to do with myself. I think I'll post a lot and watch some of my TiVo'd shows. I hope he gets home at a decent hour since I have to work tomorrow. I don't sleep well w/o him here. Thank God for Ambien. LOL

Random thought. I would love to have a huge plate of warm buttery pancakes right now, topped with nice, soothing, warm maple syrup and a giant cup of steamy hot coffee.

Yeah. Brian is currently at the grocery, getting the ingredients :lovealot

I love movies in which Fred MacMurray plays someone evil.

I'm at work and do NOT want to work today. Though, I have a gazillion things to do. *le sigh*

Oh yeah, and why are customers calling right now when they know we are closed Sat & Sun?

Part of the reason I'm thinking about not moving is because our mail comes every day before 1 pm, and I love getting the mail and hate having to wait for it so much that that alone is a major benefit of living here.

ROFL That is a fantastic reason not to move. I don't worry so much about my snail-mail. But I don't think I could move somewhere that won't let me have internet access because I think I'd wither up and shrink like the wicked witch.

Vodka, diet tonic and a splash of apple pucker is a really refreshing drink for a Friday night :martini
