I have a knitting question. :knitting

I'm making a baby sweater for a friend who's having a baby next month, and I'd like to make a "big sister" present for her daughter. I was thinking a purse would be something she'd like, and I remember you were making bags for the girls for Christmas.

What pattern(s) did you use? I'm trying to find a bag that a 5-year-old girl would like.

The pattern I used was from a Jiffy Thick and Quick (I think that's what it's called) book. It worked up pretty fast and it was easy to do, but I wasn't that crazy about the finished product, to be quite honest. The flap hung funny and even when I changed the pattern to make a smaller bag for Danielle, it still didn't work up quite right. I do have some things saved on my computer though. Let me get back to you and I'll see if I have some that would be cute for a 5 year old. I'll ask my 5 year old for reccomendations. ;)
