No, it's not. Sean could definitely stand to make some healthier choices (he's not overweight but he has really poor eating habits, where he tends to skip meals because he's busy and then eat a huge dinner and snack on junk all night), but that's his choice.

I do like support in terms of not having bad reactions to healthy meals or not having lots of junk in the house, but that's more for trying to promote healthier eating for everyone in the house, not for me trying to lose weight. I make an effort not to discuss weight at all in front of Thomas, because I don't want him associating fat with bad and thin with good. Promoting healthy choices, I'm all for, but I don't want him seeing weight loss as an end in itself, or as an indicator of health.

James is working on eating healthier and getting more exercise. He recently started back training in ninjutsu and is feeling how out of shape he is! However, he already has a restricted diet due to coeliacs disease so the main change in his diet is adding fruits and veg, but not taking anything else away.

He is supporting me though and tries not to eat chocolate in my vicinity :giggle

When I diet, it's on my own. But when I make lifestyle changes, it's a family affair. Since I'm the only one cooking, I decide what we eat. This has caused some problems in the past. :giggle

I've found that I can cook healthier dinners and still please the rest of the family and then eat the way I want to during the day.

I'm not really trying to lose weight - just tone up but dh is trying to lose some weight. We're both eating healthier and trying to work out more.

This time, it's just me.

Last Jan. 2006, my family (parents, brothers/sil, etc...) competed in our own Biggest Loser Challenge. At the time, I wasn't with WW and I lost that challenge, but still lost 15lbs. I joined WW in May and have stuck with it since. My husband eats healthier because I'm "dieting", but he isn't trying to lose weight.

My sister and mom are both losing weight and are living here right now. My grandma also is though she;s in WI. We're all on the same program and keep tabs on each other:D
Sean would liek to lose a few pounds but I think he's looking more at working out, which we're doing together.
