View Full Version : Please please please tell me they aren't moving in
I have no idea who is in the (long-vacant) upstairs apartment right now, but I really hope they are not moving in. For about an hour now, they've been yelling and running up and down the stairs and, from what I'm deducing from all of the very loud thuds, having some sort of high-jumping contest in the living room.
I have no idea why they'd be there, but I hope it is any reason other than moving in.

Oh Lori, that sucks!! I really hope the don't move in. We had some of the noisest neighbors ever at our old apartment. I swear all they ever did was party.

OH NO!!! I just got some new neighbors upstairs :rolleyes I've spent the past 3 years gushing about how I love my neighbors because no one makes noise and now I have the young 20-something couple :( ALL THEY DO IS FIGHT... and about the most asinine things... like cell phone chargers :(
i shall be hoping they aren't (have had my fair share of annoying neighbours believe me) hopefully they just had alot of people helping them move which caused all the commotion (i know when one of our urban family move there's around 15 adults and my kids helping- we do it like that to make short work of it- but last person we moved an old couple were stood at the corner open mouthed thinking we were all moving in :lmao )

Well, how is it today? Maybe they were just remodeling in there? Let us know.
We're pretty sure they are our new neighbors, because they were back from--of all times--12:30-2:00 am. I can only assume they were moving stuff in.
I'm going to try not to be too cranky about it, since people do weird things when moving, but I hope that all the noise was not the way they normally behave.

you might want to put a call in to the landlord and ask if there are new tenants as the hours they are showing up sound eerily like the hours when squatters would establish residence- you may well want to check out if they are your new neighbours of if there is a problem
