What's your favorite and least favorite thing about your house or apartment?
favourite- it's cheap LOL and i am lucky to have it as council housing (gov.owned housing project) is hard to get
Least favourite- it's too damned small for our family but then again it's my fault for chosing to expand afore mentioned family LOL

favourite - its location and it has four bedrooms
least favourite, its age and THE FRIGGIN RENOS!!!!
Favorite: I like the location and the neighborhood and the bedrooms are huge.
Least favorite: There are lots of cosmetic issues I dislike and I don't like that there's no master bathroom.

Favorite: It has really high ceilings.
Least Favorite: I can't keep the grout in the tiles clean without spending my life on my knees. Stanley Steemer is coming on Monday and I hope they can make the tile and grout look new again.
My favorite is our kitchen. It's not huge, and we could use newer appliances, but it has more than enough room to work in and tons and tons of storage space, which is great.
My least favorite is our bedroom, which is teeny-tiny.

Favorite - We have four bedrooms, and the house is in the middle of the city, so everything you need is just around the corner.
Least favorite - The kitchen and bathroom are just too small for me. I like space LOL

Favorite: The way we've decorated. Nearly everything is exactly how I want it. My children's rooms are particularly nice, if I may say so.
Least favorite: My total lack of landscaping. It looks like vandals installed my lone front flowerbed, the back roses are beginning to look like spiked octopi, and the rest of the lawn and back yard are a barren wastelend of grass and toys.
I also despise a few light fixtures and the fabulous new carpet we installed on the lowest level has made the topmost carpet look like dingy oatmeal that has been left on the stove.

Favorite: I really like the layout. And there is plenty of room for all of our rather "eclectic" decor :p
Least Favorite: IT IS NOT A HOUSE :sigh

Favorite: That Dave is renovating it to suit my tastes. :D
Least favorite: Just one? There's only one bathroom for six people.

mm... don't really have a favorite ;).
I have a nice long list of dislikes though. Where would you like me to start?
My main "least fave" would have to be pretty much all of the "home improvement" that the prior owners did. They did a pretty bad job on everything they attempted to improve. We now have tile all over the bathroom(and I mean aaalll over the bathroom.. all 4 walls, the shower and the floor) that HAS to be replaced in the near future.
It's just the tip of the iceburg.
But I'm super happy to have my own place(with help from the bank of course).
