I used to go to Curves and LOVED it! The hours were just to hard to fit into our family life.
I know use a Bow Flex for weight training and a bunch of vidoes- Carmen Electra's Strip Tease Workout, Winsor Pilates, Core Secrets and a Weight Loss Yoga...I need variety.:giggle Can you tell?

I go walking with the buggy. Alot. And I hold Sasha. Alot. :lmao Right now that is about all I have time for. But I would like to take up something else, maybe pilates, once I get a little more sorted.

When I can go to the Y, I typically do about an hour on the treadmill and then each of the weight resistance machines. I'd like to be able to build back up to being able to do 30-45 minutes on the elliptical instead of the treadmill.
At home, I have several favorite videos. I like the Walk Away the Pounds - especially if I'm trying to get back on track. The Slim in Six is fabulous when I've been on track for awhile. ;) I also love Steve Ross' show on Oxygen called Inhale. It's an hour long fun yoga session that gets the blood pumping and makes you break a sweat. I just bought a Denise Austin dvd I'm anxious to try. :D

I used to walk a lot. Two miles a day. I haven't done it since going back to work and I miss it a lot! When the weather gets warmer I am going to start again

Just arm bends(when I'm eating). I was all motivated a few weeks ago and worked out for a couple of weeks, but I had a harder time incorporating excercise into my "routine"(if you could even call it that) and I've kind of lost my ambition.
I mostly do videos, and when the weather is nice, I'll walk to and from work, and to pick up Thomas from school, or just go for a walk. I'm not a gym person, and I've never used any piece of exercise equipment for more than a few weeks, but I love videos.
Right now my favorite are the Dance Off the Inches videos, especially Sizzling Salsa. It's extremely fun. I also like the Yoga Booty videos. I like the Walk Away the Pounds videos, too, but I've been doing them for so many years that unless I'm really, really in the mood for them, I find them pretty dull. I'll definitely be pulling them out again when I'm pregnant again, though.
My big issue is time. It's not that I don't have enough free time to exercise, because I do, but finding a consistent time is very hard. I like to exercise in the morning, but with our schedules I'd have to get up at 6, which in the middle of winter is really hard for me. And, things tend to be so crazy around here at night that it's hit or miss. So, I'm really working on forcing myself out of bed in the morning, because once I get going I enjoy exercising, but just getting out of the nice warm bed into the cold dark house is not a step I usually want to take.

I carry a heavy weight(the cutest one you've ever seen, though!). I run around after children all day, I do lots of housework, and I also do lots of home improvement(carrying drywall, hanging drywall, sanding drywall, etc.).
For now, life has kept me too busy to exercise, but I do stay very active throughout the day.
When the weather is nice, I put Z & S in the double jogging stroller and I rollerblade(I know, so 90s!) while J & L ride their bikes. But right now it is too darn cold to take Zoe out.
Right now none which is bad. WHen I do go though I do about 40-50 minutes of aerobics. Stuff like the treadmill and elyptical machine.

Me too.
I go to a gym and do cardio (treadmill or bike) and weight training. I'm also hoping to start a couple of classes at my gym soon!

I don;t do specific excercise, I walk everywhere though. That counts. :)
feet and a good sling or all terrain buggy... i walk, i walk ALOT!!! I have a lovely mei-tai for Loki and i have an all terrain jogging stroller so i can walk pretty much anywhere with him, it's also helping the kids health too by encouraging them to walk not drive places in later life and it helps the environment (and i am too broke to fund and run a car which probably helps my conviction to keep walking places)

We just buogt a treadmill this weekend so I have just started that. I used to do the Billy Blanks work out videos here at home but have slipped out of the routine. :p I'd really like to get back into them, though.
Then I have dance practices 2-3 (and sometimes more) a week. We work out as well as dance.

I walk B to school and back every day. That's about as much as I can manage these days...

We have an elliptical machine that I try to do 15-30 minutes a day of excercise on. When I remember, I also try to walk to lunch rather than drive. I've been a bit of a couch potato but need to be in better shape to keep up with my daughter.

I do 35 minutes on the elliptical followed by 45 minutes of strength training 3 days per week. The remaining days I do little beside walks with the kids and eat as much French bread with butter as I can.
Before I got knocked up, I was doing 10 km/day on a recumbant exercise bike, and doing some stuff with those stretchy elastic bands with handles. In the spring/summer/fall, I go for long, brisk walks on a really hilly old logging road. I can hardly wait for it to warm up enough for me to do that again. I still get on the bike a couple of times a week, but I take it slower so I don't overheat.

I used to WORK at Curves. I couldn't stand my boss. However, I loved the workout. Yeah, the hours there kill your workouts if you have small children.
Right now I'm doing a stroller workout at my local REC center. They have a nice indoor track. I also do Mom and Baby Yoga although I think I won't do it again since I spend most of my time chasing Elizabeth around the room rather than concentrating on my downward dog. She too mobile for most of the baby yoga part. I'm also doing "Walk Away the Pounds" and the new "Walking with Debbie Rocker" which is tougher than Walk away the pounds.

Dude, you are kicking my butt on the elliptical, to say nothing of strength training. Go Breeder!

All of you put me to shame. I have an eliptical in the basement but I mostly sit on the couch watching TV and doing 12 oz lifts.:o I used to (read, 10+ years ago), run 5 miles 3-4 days a week, lift weights 6-7 days a week and then martial arts 3 days a week.
I did find out that the "Mira" diet works. When Laura was born I stayed home for a month and lost almost 30 pounds. All I did was chase Mira around all day and eat her mostly vegetarian diet.

When I am not traveling or consumed with meetings, I will work out in our gym at work, which is on the 25th floor. I am on floor 32. I try to do the power abs class (15 min.) then do some cardio and weight training. I absolutely had to have our fitness director customize a workout plan for me otherwise I would have no clue. There is a class schedule, but it really depends on my meeting/travel schedule.
I also walk to & from the train station.....not much, but I walk!

Change B to Liam, and that's me. I used to do yoga and before that I was a runner, but lately I'm a pathetic sack of flesh who sits about and rarely does anything that involves raising the heart rate. Not to imply, Giffy, that you are also a pathetic sack of flesh! I just was noticing when I went hiking this weekend how very much it wore me out, and I used to go hiking every weekend. Le sigh.
I just got Dance Dance Revolution, so I'll let you all know how that is for a workout. ;)
I have very bad feeling about Mom and Baby Yoga. The one time I tried it, Thomas threw up all over me when I had him on my legs while I was on my back, and I ended up getting vomit in my hair, eyes, nose, and mouth. I'm still grossed out thinking about it. Maybe if I had a baby who didn't spit up so much.

Which DDR do you have? I have 2 but only care for the music on one of them. I am using Yourself fitness for the PS2 again. I will be outside walking once it warms up enough to take Abby out.

It must be Curves. I could not stand the 2 owners when I worked for them either.
