Spiffy Moms: A New Hope

A long time ago, on a message board far, far, away (depending on how far your computer is from the changing table)

Brooke and Jo came up with Spiffy Moms. Moms near and far, Spiffy and Iffy rejoiced in the Spiffiness. And then they changed some diapers, cooked some meals, and swept the kitchen floor for the umpteenth time that day. BUT WHEN THEY GOT BACK TO THE BOARDS, they posted. (Instead of rested-for that is the way of Spiffiness.) Anyhoo, they talked not just about the mundane, but about NEW IDEAS. And it was good.

Anyhow, congrats on the new board. I'm Polly and I've known Jo since the Dark Ages, aka high school. I'm a Household CEO and a big Democrat. I have one daughter, Elizabeth, who is 9 nine months. Oh, I'm also a practicing Wiccan and former teacher. (Because I like to warp young minds.) Anybody still reading my post? Scared off yet? Hmmm.....

Sorry about all the "Star Wars" stuff. My legal life mate (husband), CJ, is a big fan. And HBO has been running all the movies this weekend.

I can't wait to read some threads/ideas that you'll post. Some of the things Jo has told me over the years make me wish I was involved in the conversation also, because the topics make me think.
