We didn't do much co-sleeping when Sasha was a newborn. I was always paranoid about her smothering and having the PHN tell me that she musn't be covered in out duvet just finished it off for me. Plus Sasha never liked nursing lying down.

So instead she sleeps in the cot beside our bed. however, she is waking early in the morning and finding it very difficult to go back to sleep. I was so tired this morning that I decided, wth, I'll bring her into bed with me. She screamed! Wouldn't settle. Same happened yesterday. Why is it that I have a baby that doesn't want to co-sleep LOL

How strange! She really likes her space while sleeping I suppose. Colin gets like that sometimes. He'll be very fitful until I lay him in his bed....I wish that was usually the case:( Lately our bed is the only place he WILL sleep.:wail

Hmm strange. I wish one of my babies would have been like that. Esp. Caleb who rolled and kicked alot and co slept the most often :p

My youngest is the same way. It kills me, because while I don't want to co-sleep all the time, I'd like to pull him in to bed on Sunday mornings and have a nice snuggle. Or, if he was sick, bring him in our bed and just be close, but he will have nothing to do with it. Not once. It makes me a wee bit sad.

It makes me sad as well. It is so rare for her to even fall asleep on me. I cherish the few times that she does. She will fall asleep on her daddy so he usually takes her into the sitting room and goes back to sleep with her in the morning. Only upshot to that is that I do get the WHOLE bed to myself then :lmao
