New pet peeve

The past few days I've had more than one person talk to me while, at the same time, talk to someone else on one of those little cell phones that hook right to their ear.

It's rude and disconcerting. Seriously, how busy can people be, that they need to have two conversations at a time? At least with a regular cell phone, you can usually tell when someone is talking to you and when they are on the phone, but with the little ear-clip ones, it's impossible to tell. Drives me nuts.

ohhh they're called bluetooths here in England and they entirely do my head in as well! Why on earth people can't be without a phone is entirely beyond me!

I hate when people do that! It also drives me nuts when they are ordering at a drive thru or something like that & don't have the decency to put their conversation on hold while ordering or whatever they are doing!
