I just bought a few new cookbooks during my curriculum spree and I wanted to share one of them here. It's not one you'd ever find in a regular store, so not one you'd come across on your own.
One of the companies I buy from is run by a large homeschooling family. They've put together their own cookbook called "Hopkins' Healthy Home Cooking". I was attracted to it because it's low sugar, low meat, whole grain, family friendly food.
Now that I have the book, I'm very impressed - and this is coming from a cookbook addict! I plan on grabbing several meal plans out of this book in the upcoming weeks.
